Megan is a certified speech-language pathologist with a passion for helping children become confident, functional communicators. She earned her Bachelor's degree in 2017 and Master's degree in 2019 in Speech-Language Pathology from Towson University. She is an ASHA-certified SLP and licensed to practice in the state of Maryland.
Since beginning her career, Megan has had the privilege of working with children and young adults ages 3 to 21 across a wide range of diagnoses. Her professional experience includes several years serving in Harford County and Baltimore County Public Schools where she developed a strong foundation in delivering individualized, evidence-based therapy.
Megan's areas of special interest include stuttering, augmentative and alternative communication (AAC), voice, executive function, and articulation disorders. She believes in a collaborative, strengths-based approach that empowers both children and their families to achieve meaningful communication goals.
Outside of the therapy room, Megan enjoys life with her husband and their two energetic boys. You can often find Megan cooking, running, playing sports, or soaking up the outdoors. She also enjoys serving in her community by running the nursery program at her church.
